The Committee on Banking and Insurance moved to amend the bill on page 4, section 8, line 93, after the word "persons" by inserting the words "55 years of age or older".

And,

On page 4, section 8, line 94, after the word "20" by inserting the word "continuous".

And,

On page 4, section 8, line 94, by striking the word "20" and inserting "25" in lieu thereof.

And,

On page 4, section 8, line 96 after the word "requirement" by inserting the following:

Provided, that any continuing education requirements related to ethics required by the commissioner shall be required without regard to the period of time an agent has been licensed.
